FAQ
How is pricing determined?
Our projects are quoted on an individual basis. As a guide, our most basic package starts at 3.50 per set which includes the invitation, a response card, another insert (usually the map or some type of info page) and an envelope; often, especially for weddings with a lot of details incorporated, a package runs about 7.00 per set. Pricing is based on the materials you choose, the quantity of the order, the complexity of the design, the type of printing process you choose, and the labor and materials involved in assembly. Many clients opt to assemble to reduce overall cost.

What is involved in assembly?
Assembly involves taking the pre-cut and pre-printed materials we provide and putting them together. This could include gluing or mounting of different paper layers, attaching any embellishments such as crystals, charms, beads etc., folding, and/or tying ribbon. You will have to purchase or rent all the necessary tools and materials to complete the assembly. We will show you the entire process and also make any recommendations to achieve the best results. _____________________________________________________________________________________
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes, 25 sets per order.

What is involved in the custom design process?
There are two stages in the process, design and production. The design stage can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, on rare occassions, even longer. We recommend you hone in on what your requirements are to facilitate the process. You can present us with these requirements at our complimentary design meeting. After the concept is finalized, a prototype is produced for a fee, which again, depends on the design, but generally runs from 75.00 to 150.00. You review the prototype and are allowed up to 2 iterations using the same materials. Additional materials will entail additional cost. Once you sign off on the design, the production stage begins and takes 2-3 weeks. If assembly is to be done by the studio, an additional week or 2 will be needed. Please bear in mind that these timetables are affected by holidays and peak months; we therefore recommend you contact us with ample time before your event.

Besides invitations, what else can you provide?
We design any and every paper accessory to complement your invitation such as save the dates, programs, menus, table cards, place cards, thank you's and even favors. Beyond these, we have provided unusual things such as hand bound albums and books, hand painted boxes and even orchestrated a full on video production. It's hard to imagine what we won't do once asked; sooo, ask away.

Do you have any catalogs?
Because Qooleye is purely a custom design studio, we have no catalogs or albums to speak of. During our consultation, we provide samples of past projects; hopefully this will allow you a sense of what we bring to the table. _____________________________________________________________________________________
How do you pronounce "Qooleye"?
"Qooleye" is pronounced "Cool Eye". We used Q instead of C to give a nod to the first letter of our surname. The d in "designs", if you notice, is slightly different, and that's a nod to the designer's first name. Additionally, "Qooleye", by design, is a homophone to "kulay" which means color in our native tongue, Tagalog; quite appropo really since we love utilizing color as a design tool.
